wedding Photographer for Luxury Beach Weddings in goa

Being a Goa wedding photographer, I’ve witnessed countless love stories unfold against the backdrop of palm-fringed beaches, golden sunsets, and ocean breezes. But every once in a while, a wedding like Vivek and Sarah’s comes along — one that reminds me why I do what I do. Held over three vibrant days at the Park Hyatt in South Goa, their celebration was the perfect mix of elegance, fun, and heartfelt tradition. From a colorful Hindu shaadi to a graceful white wedding ceremony at sunset, this beachside event was a dream gig for any wedding photographer in Goa.

This wasn’t just a one-day affair. Over three days, they had not one but two weddings — a beautiful white Christian ceremony to start things off, followed by a vibrant Hindu wedding a couple of days later. In between, it was non-stop festivities: mehendi, Sangeet, laughter, dancing, and yes — some seriously good tiramisu (courtesy of Chef Saulo, don’t miss it if you ever visit).

Goa Wedding Photographer Covering a Multicultural Celebration

From the very first moment, I knew I was in the right place. Sarah asked me to photograph the bridesmaids’ dresses hanging up in the other room. I suggested something a bit more playful — the girls hiding behind the dresses in their birthday suits. They loved the idea. Ice: broken. Party: officially on.

As a wedding photographer in Goa, I live for these spontaneous, real moments. Sarah looked radiant in her white dress under the Goan sun. The ceremony was short, almost too short to photograph properly — but full of feeling. At the end, Sarah cheekily asked the priest to say, “I now pronounce you man and wife.” He hesitated — apparently, they don’t say that here. “Well, this is MY wedding,” she said. He smiled. And he said it.

The day after the Christian wedding was more relaxed. A quiet mehendi in the afternoon, then a lively Sangeet that wrapped up early enough for everyone to gear up for the big Hindu wedding the next day. We even had time for an impromptu shoot in the bathroom — harsh window light, sharp shadows, and one striking portrait of Sarah that still stands out in my memory.

The baraat made its way through the property in a vintage car. The Hindu ceremony kicked off right on time, just as the sun began to dip. The mandap glowed against a surreal pink-and-blue Goan sky. For a Goa wedding photographer, this was magic. That perfect blend of color, emotion, and setting — it’s what we dream of capturing.

A big thank you to Sunny Pariani, my trusted second shooter, who’s been working with me for years now. Having someone who understands how I shoot lets me stay present in the moment and focus on the story.

If you’re planning your wedding in Goa and looking for someone who knows this land — its light, its unpredictability, its poetry — I’d love to be your Goa wedding photographer and create some magic for your special celebration. Every wedding here is different. That’s the thrill of it. And that’s what keeps me inspired.
